Curbside

Q: How can I place an order for curbside pickup?

A: Orders can be placed via our online menu at wallflower-house.com

Q: Is there a minimum spend or fee for curbside pickup?

A: There is no minimum spend for curbside. Curbside service fee is $1.00. This is a service fee for using our ordering platform Carrot. This fee is not used as a tip for the budtenders and will still apply if you pick up your order in-store. 

Q. When can I pick up my curbside order?

A: Orders can be picked up as soon as they are placed. Head to the store with your confirmation text message and order number.

Q: How can I pick up my curbside order?

A: Enter our parking lot from Blue Diamond. While staying in your vehicle, follow the traffic flow to the security checkpoint. Be prepared to present ID. All passengers must present ID and be 21+ years old. You will be guided to your designated pickup spot. Stay in your car! A budtender will bring your order to your passenger-side window. Roll down your window to accept and pay for your order. CASH ONLY. To limit physical contact, exact change is highly recommended. We can only allow those in vehicles, excluding motorcycles, to pickup curbside orders.

Q: Can I change my order when I pick it up?

A: No. Per regulations ALL orders must be placed ahead of time and we cannot make any changes on the spot.

Q: I have a defective product return, can I get it exchanged at curbside pickup?

A: No. Per regulations, we can only serve you what you ordered. If you have a defective product, reach out to us using the chat feature at wallflower-house.com so we can assist you.
