Where are you located?
We now have two locations! Our original store is in the Southwest area of the Las Vegas Valley at 6540 Blue Diamond Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89139. Our newest location in Henderson is conveniently located in the Inspirada area at 3485 Volunteer Blvd, Henderson, Nevada 89044.
What are your hours?
At Blue Diamond, Curbside and Drive-Thru both operate 24 hours, 7 days a week, and the sales floor is open 7a–2a daily. Our Inspirada location is open 7a-1a daily, including Curbside and Drive-Thru. Delivery at both locations is available 8a-11p daily.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount to Veterans, Disabled, and senior citizens, as well as for those who live in our neighboring SUR702 apartments by our Blue Diamond location. If you work with one of our vendors, you can get a 15% discount. And, lastly, if you have an active Agent Card, you can get 40% off on Tuesdays starting at 7am. Do you have a return policy?
Defective products may be exchanged at management's discretion for store credit only within 30 days. Receipt is required for all exchanges.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to private residences only in all areas of the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson, except for The Strip, Boulder City and Pahrump. We do not deliver to hotels or businesses, including temporary stays like the Budget Suites.
What are your delivery hours?
Our home delivery hours are from 8a-11p daily. This is subject to change during peak hours and days.
I'm visiting Las Vegas and staying at a hotel on the Strip. Do you deliver there?
Unfortunately, no. We only deliver to private home residences.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major debit cards. For Locker, Curbside and Delivery, we now accept ACH payments via Aeropay.
When do Daily Deals begin?
All deals for the day begin and end at 7AM.

Do I have to make a purchase to redeem my points?
No additional purchases required other than the redemption item. Redemption items are $0.01.
Can I use my points towards a promotion?
No. Promotional items are not available rewards points.
Can I redeem more than one item at a time?
Yes. You can redeem as many items as your points and/or purchase.
Can I redeem my points if I do an online order?
Yes you may redeem your points with an online order. Simply switch to “points” instead of “cash” and add the item you would like to redeem into your cart.
Can I mix-and-match strains if I redeem my points for an eighth/ quarter/ half/ ounce?
You may mix n’ match strains when redeeming anything more than an eighth. An eighth is the base unit of our prepackaged flower and therefore must be redeemed as one strain.
Which edibles can I redeem my points for?
You may choose any edible to redeem using your points (only medical patients can redeem/order medical edibles).
Which cartridge can I redeem my points for?
You may redeem any .5g cartridge with your points.
Can someone else (i.e spouse, sibling, roommate) redeem my points if I am not present?
No. You must be present to redeem your points. We do this to ensure your points are never fraudulently used by an unauthorized person.
How many points do I receive each purchase?
You will receive 1 point for every dollar you spend before tax and discounts.
Can I redeem my points at home and pick it up in store without bringing my phone?
Yes, but we recommend you bring your phone to the store after redeeming as a secondary method of verification.
I recently changed my phone number. How do I switch my account to the new number?
On your next visit let your budtender know you would like to switch your account to a new number. They will adjust your account in real time. After the budtender has adjusted your account, send the admin a message in the chat feature with the following info: first name, last name, old phone number and new phone number.
