I recently had a minor setback where my elite status at Wallflower disappeared and my points even showed a negative balance. I was pretty concerned, but General Manager Akia Williams went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to really investigate and find the exact source of the problem. Akia was attentive, professional, and genuinely interested in everything I shared.
She explained things clearly and precisely, was completely fair in her understanding, and made sure I knew exactly what steps would be taken to fix the issue. What stood out the most was her genuine care—she thanked me for being an elite member, told me how much you’ll value my business, and made me feel truly respected as a customer.
With how often I visit, it’s a huge comfort knowing someone like Akia is managing the place. The entire staff at Wallflower is amazing—always friendly, always greeting you the moment you walk in. This combination of excellent customer service, warm staff, and strong leadership is why Wallflower will continue to have my business yesterday ,Today and tomorrow!! Ira S

Wallflower is the best dispensary in Las Vegas. If you are a tourist staying on the strip, you should take a couple extra minutes of travel time to go to a more quality dispensary with better prices than the places that are closest to the strip. Wallflower has the top cultivators such as GLP, growers circle, and nature’s chemistry. They also have a very wide selection of edibles and concentrates. The employees who work there are extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. When I visited wallflower a few days ago I was helped by an employee with the name of BJ Mace. He was extremely courteous and helped me find everything I was looking for.

I had an outstanding experience at Wallflower Cannabis House! I ran into an issue with an online order, but Cynthia, Blaze, and Jock went above and beyond to make it right. Cynthia was incredibly helpful, both over the phone and in person, guiding me through the process with patience and professionalism. Jock ensured I got the correct item the next day, double-checking everything to make sure it was perfect. Blaze was fantastic in fulfilling the order quickly and accurately. The team’s dedication, friendly service, and attention to detail made this a 5-star visit. Highly recommend Wallflower for their top-notch customer service and quality products!
I want to give a big shot out to Laron, kasan and the manager Dre. Laron, my budtender, was very patient and knowledgeable. Kasan has a spirit that is hard to beat. She was very warming and welcomed me. Dre went above and beyond to insure a very pleasant experience. Everyone working there seemed to be family. Thank you guys!
I had a great experience today. When I went to pick up, I used express pickup and my Bud tender BJ, helped me out. He made sure I picked out the right green for the points I was using. All the ones he recommended are awesome. BJ's help was worth coming here for the service and the product we received. Thanks man.
Great deals! Best selection, actually lists the right levels on their app! Bj was the patient bud tender as I ran the gamut of selection. Great atmosphere. Even the check in person was very friendly and helpful! A++ all around!

Wallflower is honestly my favorite dispensary! I wouldn’t even care how far it was, I would still be loyal to them… Their service is great. Their product is great and no one beats their pre-roll deal, and their fantastic delivery service! If you ever get the chance to go in store, go ask for BJ as he is absolutely the best… He’s accommodating, patient and really helps you maximize your purchase! I had a great experience yet again… Thanks, wallflower and BJ for making my Sunday great!!
